Zoom discussion with UN Rapporteur on Occupied Territory Today, Monday, January 9, 2023, at 20:00 Israel/Palestine time (1 pm Eastern time) Academia for Equality will hold a zoom discussion with Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The discussion will focus on her recent report that addresses several human rights concerns related to the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination in the context of the settler-colonial features of the prolonged Israeli occupation.
